Today's first feature on our RECIPE BLOG is the Mango Bowl and in honor of #TBT I’m bringing you this recipe that I did last week and it was simply out of this world.  It’s simple recipes like this that always get me thinking when and why certain foods have so much sugar and added artificial that is so unnecessary. For example, a sorbet should never have added extra sugar, when fruits are sweet they don't need anything else. For most fruits when frozen, all you need to add is a bit of milk or water and voilá you have the perfect sorbet. This mango bowl is no different.

  • 1 very ripe frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk or water

  • 2 tbsp of Brainola or T-NOLA of choice

Blend it and top it with Brainola. Best and most refreshing combo EVA!!!  T.
